The Head of Legal and Democratic Services has marked with an asterisk (*) those items where he has reason to believe that consideration may need to be given as to whether or not a resolution excluding the public should be passed.

1.  DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

Members are asked to declare any interests in the items under consideration and in doing so state:

(1) the type of interest concerned; and

(2) the nature of the interest concerned

If any member requires advice on declarations of interests, they are advised to contact the Head of Democratic Services in advance of the meeting.
2.  MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON 26th February 2014

To agree the minutes of the last meeting held on 26th February 2014 as a true and correct record.
3.  HEALTH AND WELLBEING BOARD DEVELOPMENT UPDATE

To receive a presentation to update on the Health and Wellbeing Board Development programme.
4.  STRATEGIC COMMISSIONING GROUP UPDATE

To receive a verbal update on issues related to the Strategic Commissioning Group.
5.  UPDATE FROM LANCASHIRE QUALITY SURVEILLANCE GROUP

To consider an update from the Lancashire Quality Surveillance Group (QSG).
6.  JOINT HEALTH AND WELLBEING STRATEGY PERFORMANCE (END OF YEAR)

To consider the Joint Health and Wellbeing Strategy Performance.
7.  BLACKPOOL SEXUAL HEALTH ACTION PLAN 2013-2015

To consider and approve the Sexual Health Action Plan.
8.  BLACKPOOL FAIRNESS COMMISSION UPDATE

To consider an update on the work of Blackpool Fairness Commission to date, and an insight into the priorities for the coming year.
9.  CANCER THEMATIC DEBATE

To consider issues related to cancer including the Joint Strategic Needs Assessment picture of cancer, current activities, and next steps.
10.  DEMENTIA CAMPAIGN

To consider Public Health Blackpool’s response to the Prime Minister’s Challenge on Dementia.
11.  DATE OF NEXT MEETING

To note the date and venues of future meetings:

4th June 2014- Solaris Centre
9th July 2014- Whitegate Health Centre
3rd September 2014- Whitegate Health Centre
22nd October 2014- City Learning Centre
